Missing combo pack items on Order I didn't get the whole combo pack in whole. missing Items , Set of Flip Its, Bubble Level, Throw Lever, Hoo-Rag, Rear Bag, Patch & Stickers I got the mount rings that was it Please advise @Arken Optics USA sent email also #AOFSMX9 Jerry

Order I place an order on the 4th 8 days ago still shows processing no email, no phone, no contact this seems odd.. you can call anyone, you get a generic non-human response. I would like to get these scopes I ordered. Jerry
