I place an order on the 4th 8 days ago still shows processing
no email, no phone, no contact this seems odd.. you can call anyone, you get a generic non-human response. I would like to get these scopes I ordered.

I ordered on the 4 also. sent and email today asking if the items I ordered were in stock. This was there response.
Please be patient with us. We have been slammed with orders due to the sale. We are currently running a week, to a week and a half behind, add more to it if it's over the weekend. You should be receiving an email notification when your order ships, and it will also have your tracking information. Thank you for your patience and business! Hope that helps.
Arken is swamped with orders from the sale, and I know that USPS has been behind since the holiday. Email them at info@arkenopticsusa.com, they will respond. They don't have a call center to answer the phones though. But I am sure that there are thousands of others asking questions too.
