communication regardless of the problem is key, I am sure that a Navy seal understands the value of teamwork and communication. When you don’t communicate with customers you create a problem or the perception of the problem is often a real problem. You are replying to me and not an organization with the same exact thing that they are saying they were busy or not communicating with you other than a generic bot response. It doesn't bode for the optics or the mission of the organization, which is seeking to grow. Customer service number one factor that people will look at when ordering new products. At the moment I’m regretting not buying my traditional vortex optics they communicate with their customers in are very effective manner and stand by their product. Excuses are a poor substitute for customer service. Of course my mind is still changeable, want to believe in this company with their making a very difficult with their poor choices.
