I ordered a scope over a month ago still haven't received it it still says in process when I check for update.it was originally on a two week delay.i have sent a couple emails to check on what's taking so long. I have freinds that have the scopes and like them bu the service is lacking. Hunting season will be over before the scope even gets shipped.i would suggest order on amazon or another brand.just a update would be nice now I'm trying to figure out how to cancel my order and get my money back and hope that dont take a month to get back even though it only took them a few minutes to take it.

Similar to others.....ordered an EP-5 on Nov 27th, still awaiting processing.
I recently acquired a set of EP5s, and I must commend the efficient shipping process, as the product reached me within a reasonable timeframe. The optics on the EP5s are truly exceptional, making the waiting period entirely worthwhile. The quality and performance surpassed my expectations, and I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase. pumpkin panic
I also have an EP5 and am very happy with the scope. That is why I ordered two more of them, but the issue is not with the product it is with the lack of communication from the company. I'm will to wait because all I really want are the scopes. But I need a reasonable expectation of how long it will take.
I have purchased two EP5's they shipped in a reasonable period of time great optics worth the wait.
The issues are with us being able to receive the scopes to ship them. The EP5's are being held in customs, and are slowly being released. Once we get them in one door, they are going right out the other. We will process your order as soon as possible. Customs issues are out of our control. Sorry for the delays.
Same here. ordered an ep5 with a 2 week lead on Nov. 23 2023 at 5:48pm. It's now Dec 27 2023 at 9:28pm and I haven't heard shit from no one except for my credit card company saying thanks for your payment. Same here. Ordered Nov 26th. Still shows awaiting processing. Well, there sure did process the payment quickly. I sent an email last week looking for an update or a possible ETA. No response yet.
I ordered 2 scopes (EP-5) and mounts on the 5th of December. I have not seen them or received an update as well. I'm tempted to have Capital One reverse the charges if I don't get a response soon. If a company doesn't a good customer support network standing behind their products then basically you are just standing out in the cold.
