It's now Dec 27 2023 at 9:28pm and I haven't heard shit from no one except for my credit card company saying thanks for your payment. Same here. Ordered Nov 26th. Still shows awaiting processing. Well, there sure did process the payment quickly. I sent an email last week looking for an update or a possible ETA. No response yet.

I ordered 2 scopes (EP-5) and mounts on the 5th of December. I have not seen them or received an update as well. I'm tempted to have Capital One reverse the charges if I don't get a response soon. If a company doesn't a good customer support network standing behind their products then basically you are just standing out in the cold.
