I ordered a scope for my husband with the 25% discount and also wanted to order the combo o poop ack with discount NSF$170. Never could order combo pack. I called multiple times, sent two emails and a text. My husband finally got a phone number for someone associated with Arken and I called that guy. He was very nice and gave me a phone number of someone "who definitely could help straighten this out". I called that guy and he proceeded to tell me that the combo pack went right through with that discount for him. I hung up and tried multiple times and NOTHING! I am all about America and our veterans (both my sons are veterans), but the customer service here is terrible! I finally just ordered covers and the mount separate and then no place to put reward dollars in so we couldn't use them. So I ended up spending more for these two items than the whole combo pack would have been if I could have used the discount! I am not happy with this company and am seriously wondering what is going to happen if there is a problem with the scope I bought! Best advertisement is word of mouth and at the moment, I have nothing good to say about your customer service!
I'm beginning to wonder if I went with the wrong scope company. Still can't get in contact with customer service to exchange rings. Is life time warranty worth anything if nobody answers?
