If you are looking for a company with excellent glass, great customer service and timely product delivery, then "GO ELSE WHERE! THESE ARE NOT YOUR GUYS! I placed my order back in December of 2020 and have only received lip service. Arken is more B.S. than an optics company. And yes they have already run my card. They have had my money since 12/10/2020, I have nothing! If You have received a scope from them look for "Made in China" on it. Unless of course they removed that sticker and put one of theirs's on. So in closing if you want a high quality product and outstanding customer service try a different outfit, like Vortex or just about any one else to include WISH!!!
