I sent an email on 8/14 to info@ArkenOpticsUSA.com reporting that my new SH4 was stuck at 7x magnification. I have not yet received a reply. This issue is the first I have had and think this is my 5th Arken scope purchase. How do I return the scope for replacement? Russ
