I got my Arken SH4 gen II 6-24x50 scope in the mail earlier this month and mounted it up. I noticed the entire barrel between the eyepiece and the power ring is loose. When I tighten it the SH4 gen II lettering is upside down and the power ring is impossible to turn. I emailed Arken as well as texting the phone number after I could not talk to anyone on the phone. I haven't heard back so I am trying this method of communication. I would really like to run an Arken scope, so I hope to hear back to resolve this issue.
