*** Update: Another user recommended turning off the phone's cell service. Works great now!
Just got my new Zulus. I'm able to sync it to my phone, and control the settings remotely, but I can't get my phone to live stream. I can play back recorded video, so I know the phone is connected, I just can't see it while it happens. Any help?
BTW, I'm using an iPhone 12 Pro Max, I updated the firmware on the scope, and I tried reinstalling the app.
Some notes:
1. Phone almost touching the scope
2. Tried "forgetting" the wifi connection and reentering the password
3. Wifi is on and connected
I'm assuming the app will show what the scope sees, real time, not just recorded footage.
I recently came across the best tv internet bundles in my area discussion on Zulu's screen sharing capabilities and found it incredibly insightful. It's impressive how this feature enhances the user experience, particularly for collaborative work and remote assistance. The ease of use and the seamless integration with other tools make it a standout. Kudos to the team for developing such a practical solution. Looking forward to seeing further improvements and new features in future updates! Keep up the great work, Arken Optics!
It seems like you've covered the basics, but have you tried checking the app's permissions for camera access? fastest internet service providers in my areaSometimes, even after reinstalling, certain settings need adjusting. Also, ensure the app is up-to-date with the latest version. Turning off cellular service might alleviate network congestion, allowing smoother live streaming. If issues persist, reaching out to Zulus support could provide further troubleshooting assistance.
