I've tried contacting Arken at their info email address twice over the past 4 days about a warranty service issue. I guess every employee must be "out-to-lunch" all week because I have not gotten a response. This certainly does not match postings by other customers who say they have gotten responses within hours. Maybe those posts are fake. I have 4 Arken scopes as well as rings, but sadly this may be the end of my purchases from them. What good is a lifetime warranty if they ignore service requests?!

We have hired several new customer service reps, and a couple of new dealer reps. We are making strides in the right direction, we just got caught behind the 8 ball, and were not expecting sales to quadruple like they did. We are getting there, and our response time has been cut in half. Thanks for your patience!!

Finnally got a response from these jokers 2 weeks later. No apology for the delay. My issue was they sent me an EPL-4 with 2 stripped turret screws. Their idea of warranty service was to charge me $20 for replacement screws. If I thought it would do any good, I'd make a complaint to the BBB. Their warranty is a fraud.
Yeah... I'm getting the same silent treatment. I emailed on Saturday and Monday and I'm still waiting too
