Very disappointed, I have sent three texts with a question on the illumination feature on my scope without a response. It’s been 2 weeks now. I was one of the early guys who patiently waited for my scope while the company had my $$$. 🤬🤬🤬

@Arken Optics USA You need to invest in your web site and provide (at the minimum) simple communication (email) and help (support) links. Customers experiencing issues with orders or purchases shouldn't have to guess how to receive assistance. Forums are of limited use. Getting answers from other customers is often unreliable. Excuses such as "SMS issues" don't help foster confidence in Arken's reliability to provide acceptable and/or timely customer service.
I'm an IT professional... and no, I'm not looking to fix your issues. But I do know what I'm taking about! Arken needs to step it up it's business savvy.
I agree, I just bought my first Arken and sent 2 messages to Info and 2 text messages and no response. I hope there scope is better than their service.

Just got a return e-mail indicating I only phoned once ! First of all that should be sufficien, secondly, I was instructed to communicate by text which I sent several of !!!
SEND EMAILS THEY WORK ALL THE TIME IF YOU SEND IT TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS

I personally have had nothing but good luck and communication from Arken.
I've see these comments and wonder why I have been so lucky. I sent one email, and the thread has been great. Even in the middle of the night I have received responses. Something must have changed, as I have had a great experience with James C responding very quickly and fixing an order issue. FYI, I used info@arkenopticsusa.com
I have never had a problem with Arken, but gmail did kick their reply into my spam folder causing some problems. Check your spam, certainly if you use gmail.
