I have been trying for the past week to get someone to contact me regarding a warranty issue with my Arken model SH4J 6-24X50. I called the customer service number which simply directed me to the generic email. I sent an e-mail and have yet to hear a response.I sent a second e-mail also no response. I received my scope as a gift and for the most part have been pleased however, I should not have to go through this many hoops in order to have a warranty issue taken care. It is going to be inconvient enough having to remove the scope from the rifle, package it up, send it back, wait for a return, remount the scope, re zero the scope, and hopefully make an egg shoot I am scheduled to attend in February. Not looking promising. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
