No warranty cards to fill out, no receipts to hang on to, and they are fully transferable from one generation to the next. Simple as that!
Does the warranty cover damage from a fall on a hunt?
@hillbiggs77 , I'm not saying they would or wouldn't. I don't work there. That said, that's a tall order for a company that is putting out affordable quality. Problems related to defects or normal use are one thing. The kind of warranty you are talking about is payed for by the customer through a higher price tag. There is nothing the manufacturer can do to control losses at that point. If I break mine and it's my fault, I'll pay the low price tag again.
Ok thanks for you’re input.
Do you have arken scope covers (?)
@Allen B Boy LeGrande not the caps over the ends, I'm talking about the soft dust cover for your whole scope(?)
Thank you for your responding. Have a wonderful blessed da.
Sounds great. It's been a week since my 1st email. Hoping to get this thing fixed or replaced. I loved it when it worked! Cold Bore Challenge would have to be done at ~ 15' right now... lol!
I just wanted to drop a note here that I finally did get connected with Arken. Turns out the email address I was using may have been an old one I got from one of their websites.
When I texted them, Josh was responsive. I hope to have my replacement scope later this week or early next week.
Cold Bore Challenge, here I come!
So much for the cold bore challenge. The AO “focus” will focus at 100yds and closer. The glass is super clear though. I can see the USAF 1951 test target very well as long as it’s within 100 yards…
I’ll be contacting Josh via email tonight. I’m certain they’ll make it right.
@Rick Gull Give a shout out to Arken, they will get you fixed up!!
Sorry Rick. We hate to let something slip by and frustrate a customer. Use this link to get things rolling right away. www.bit.ly/ArkenRMA
@Arken Optics USA There ya go!! 👍
Thanks @Arken Optics USA !
not sure if anyone else ran into this problem, but my SH-4 6-24 MIL broke after just 40 rounds of 6.5 Creedmoor. the tube that the eyepiece is attached to is rotation freely. ive emailed arken about this so lets see their response.
@Steve Do Yes, there apparently has been some of the SH4 scopes that had the same issue. You should be getting a return materials authorization from Arken. You are covered. I am sorry that you will be out of your scope for a bit, but they will get you fixed up!!
I just got my shipping notification today!
my rifle is sooo ornery…

@Steve Do Good people!!
We all thank you for the quality and pride of you product's
Will scope focas down to 10 m ,30 feet?
Minimum parallax focus is 25 yards. However, my SH4 will allow crisp images down to around 15-16 yards.
I shoot in doors @25 yards and 10ysrds.
I must have a good scope to do this with. Best glass a must.
Please help me. Thanks 😊
Oh
I purchased the 6x24x50 sh-4 gen II scope. The illuminated portion does not light. Any suggestions?
