A couple of months ago I had to return a faulty SH4 scope that had bad glass...seeding and bubbles in the glass. I returned it and got a new scope sent to me. I also have a new EP4 that I have used two times on my precision rifle. I am putting it on a new rifle so I decided to set back to factory zero by turning turrets full counter clockwise to the very end of the rotation, back clockwise counting the clicks, the halfway back counter clockwise. The elevation turret worked fine. Windage not so much. I turned fully counterclockwise until it stopped....I didnt force it beyond that point. I tried turning it back to finish my reset on the windage turret and it is completely stuck. Won't go anywhere. I don't want to use too much pressure turning it, but I tried more pressure and it will not turn. What is my recourse at this point? Another return? Geez. I can't win with these scopes.

Try a small strap wrench, it should work.
The same thing happed to me. I did not want to damage the the turret with plies, so used a strap wrench and it freed up. Works good so far. Used my inch pound driver during set up to 18 inch pounds on scope rings, so I do not think this was the cause not sure what it was? Bill

Just recived my EP5. Went to range for sight in and windage froze up. I am sure they will take care of it! Stuff happens,
Give it a really good try to turn it back. If that doesn't free it up, send an email to them at info@arkenopticsusa.com
They will get you fixed up!
Correction...I have an EP5....not EP4
