I am trying to return my Arke EP5 5-25x56. I did not mount the scop and it's still sitting in the box. I realized that the scope will be too heavy for my rifle and thinking about getting on of the lighter ones. Is there a procedure to return it?

I am trying to return a Argos BTR 6-24 ffp. I contacted your company 9/2/22. I gave this description of the problem: After conducting a tall target test, I found that 10 mills elevation measures 38.5" instead of 36" on the turret dial. When dialed up 5 mills I get 21.5" instead of 18" elevation. After verifying the turret setting with the mildot setting on the reticle, I find they do not agree. The setting on 5mills on the reticle is 19.25" elevation instead of 18" and the dial setting is 21.75" elevation. This appears to be a tracking error. This test was conducted at 100yds This is my second Arken Argos, purchased 3/16/2022. The first Argos has performed flawlessly. Sent second Return Voucher request 9/13/22.
