According to the scope's manual, you set zero stop two clicks up from zero. I've done this but got inconsistent results. The first time I set it and tried the zero-stop feature, it did stop at zero. On the second test, literally the second twist, it stopped one click down from zero. I tried resetting it several times and I got the same result - although sometimes two clicks down from zero. Has anyone else had this issue or know of a solution?? Thanks!

The set screw rides just above the plate, and hits against the stop bar. There has to be a gap between the post of the set screw and the plate for it to move freely. Once you turn the set screw in far enough to contact the plate, it must be backed out 1 full turn. Then the brass lock screw has to then be tightened, to ensure that the set screw doesn't move once it is set. - IF - the turret doesn't sit directly on the -0- mark, then you can loosen the 0.9mm screws to free up the plate. The position of the plate determines exactly how far the turret can be moved, and whether or not it sets on the -0- mark. I personally like to set my plate to where the turret will allow me to dial down, as I was describing in the video. Then I can just turn the turret back to the -0- mark, and I have my 100 yard zero. Don't overthink it!!
I repositioned the stop plate, reset the turret and zero stop screws, and it now stops on zero. Perfect! Dkrat243, thanks for the help. Very much appreciated!! I couldn't find a 0.9mm hex locally, but the jungle site had 'em.
Dkrat243 I think your right and I was overthinking it. I remember the slide stop bar being around the 9 o'clock position when I removed the cap so I'll need to buy a .9 mm hex after work to adjust it.
Thanks for the advise/info dkrat243 and dschuetz68. I did snug up the brass retaining screw against the zero lock screw. I also made sure the other three silver retaining screws were tight. The strange thing is that even with the other screws tight, if I bottom out the zero lock screw on 0, the turret still goes two more clicks down. (clicks, not slips) I mean, it's a screw resting against the bottom metal plate, right? I don't know how it still moves. Either it's defective, or I'm missing something. I guess it's not a huge deal if that it does this, but it still baffles me. As a certain YouTuber says, "Can you help a guy understand???"
There are some that get out of the factory with the stop bar not set in the correct spot. This is easliy corrected. There are either 3 or 4 of the 0.9mm screws around the perimeter of the stop plate. The stop plate is the silver plate located directly under the turret. Check out these videos for the correction process.

Actually out of 3 I have,I've just set it at zero,it comes back to zero. I read the instructions as well,it just works.Ive literally had my gun rattle apart practically, but once tightened up,reinstalled the scope and the zero was still there!! That's really a first.
