I have set the zero stop, locked in with the brass screw, but when I try to go up, it hits another stop. I removed the turret to see if there is an obstruction, but everything appears to be normal. Has anyone else run into this problem, or should I send it in for repair?
I always set the stop at -5 MOA, but it hits a hard stop going up before I hit 1 MOA.
Your zero stop set screw may be on the wrong side of the bar. Remove your turret, and make sure the bar on the stop plate is in about the 6:30 o'clock position. If it is somewhere else, you will need to loosen the 0.9mm set screws around the perimeter of the stop plate, and reposition the bar to that position. Tighten the turret screws, and reset your zero stop set screw, then lock it down.
