I ordered a scope and rings from their website over a week ago and am missing the rings to go along with the scope. I have messaged sent 3 different emails and have recieved no response from their customer support. I cant even return the purchased products as there isnt any means to do so on their website. What is recommended going forward?

Hey William, Have you heard back from Arken's customer service team yet? I reached sent an email last weekend and again on Monday but I haven't heard a peep about the mount that was left out of my order. Just curious.
Hey dkrat243, you work for Arken right? Is there anything you can do to help either/both of us? I took your advice and stopped sending emails requesting help after the initial two. But man! I'm sure you can see why we are frustrated. No contact in 5 business days after a screw up and two contact attempts is..... tough to recover from. I wonder how they are going to make right.
We wouldn't send multiple emails if you would respond to the initial email. You act like we want to waste our time emailing you to run down the item we bought and paid for. If you and your company did it's job we wouldn't have to email you.
A phone number would facilitate any confusion, my order is also wrong and I plan to return your item. Probably going elsewhere since service already shows an issue.
