For those that are claiming that Arken customer service has been unresponsive I'll say that I've experienced different.
Today I emailed them about a question on the SH-4J and I received a reply from them within 23 minutes. We all know that this is a fairly new and small company that has taken the optics industry by surprise and now everyone is trying to get an Arken. Give them a break. Your investment into this company keeps the big boys in check and gives us, the consumer, choices (i.e. buying power).
