I ordered an SH4 GenII - 4x16 scope a few weeks ago, and received it very quickly. Then I made the discovery that I had ordered scope rings that were too low for my rifle. The lever around the magnification ring would rub against the picatinny rail. Ordering the wrong rings was entirely my mistake and not Arken's fault in anyway. I contacted Arken CS with an e-mail over a weekend, which is normally outside of their working hours. On Sunday I received a message from them with a form to fill out. I filled out the form, they quickly sent me an RMA prepaid postage label. I sent the low rings, and asked for the high rings. Arken communicated with me the entire way, and replaced the rings without an issue. ARKEN Customer Service is awesome! Thanks for a great experience. I have ordered a second scope (6x24) as I really like my 4-16 and I love supporting companies that provide real value and have great customer service. Arken, well done! Keep up the good work.
