I placed mine at 100y, fwiw. the camera test articles you intend to use will serve the same purpose. that is good info re: Tract. They've been on my radar as well.

So much for the cold bore challenge. The AO “focus” will focus at 100yds and closer. The glass is super clear though. I can see the USAF 1951 test target very well as long as it’s within 100 yards… I’ll be contacting Josh via email tonight. I’m certain they’ll make it right.

I just wanted to drop a note here that I finally did get connected with Arken. Turns out the email address I was using may have been an old one I got from one of their websites. When I texted them, Josh was responsive. I hope to have my replacement scope later this week or early next week. Cold Bore Challenge, here I come!

Mark, from the Mark and Sam after work youtube channel (they do ELR shooting in Australia (i think)) likes his optics quite high. He has several videos about the reasons and mechanics of it too. I found the higher rings worked better for me too.

Sounds great. It's been a week since my 1st email. Hoping to get this thing fixed or replaced. I loved it when it worked! Cold Bore Challenge would have to be done at ~ 15' right now... lol!
