Tall or the mount. Might get away with medium.

Update: you need either high rings or the mount. The bell sits on the hand guard with low rings.

Just bought a Tikka t3 TAC. Planning on adding a 20 MOA rail. It has a pic rail that extends past the scope base. Would the medium rings be better than the low rings?
