Just want to say that in spite of some negativity written here in the forum, I can explicitly say that I have not experienced a lack of communication, unacknowledged wait times or responses to inquiries. Solid piece of equipment and tracks all over the board. Sturdy in the hand with excellent clarity. No matter what negative people think, the scopes hold their own so the product speaks for itself in my opinion. The customer service has been exceptional when so many others are struggling to return emails and the likes. I hope you will just be patient and then have a smirk on your face when you realize you just got a smokin deal on a great scope.
