Thanks. Yes, it's a brand new battery and I've played with the prongs to assure there is contact. Still nothing. Have emailed Arken on this but no response yet.

Ordered the SH4 6-24 for a Palmetto Gen3 18" Mid Length .308. Also ordered the rigid precision mount 34mm. 20MOA. Hoping this is a good combination as I didn't see this forum until just after I ordered.
