I am building a long range rifle around a Howa 1500 Heavy barrel 308. I assume I need a 20 MOA rail but dont know which height of ring I would need to clear the bell. I am going to use the EP5 and wonder about height because of the large bell and the 20 MOA rail. Aubrey
