Received scope today.
1. Item appears to have been used. Not cool
2. Cap for battery is stuck – unable to open it, after looking closer it appears to be uneven and was cross threaded when placed on. Also not cool.
This scope came highly recommended and I’m kinda surprised this was shipped to a customer in this condition. Box and items in box appear to have been used. If you’re reselling returned items NOT Cool.
They bib just that And offered to replace it . but that’s not what I’m saying I’m trying to help them continue with a successful biz I need a 30 or 40 power and I’m hoping that they offer one shooting 22lr

I am sorry to hear that your scope wasn't up to your expectations. My experience has been awesome on all 5 or mine. Hopefully you contacted Arken about this issue, and they promptly corrected this for you. Their customer service is phenomenal!!
Yes mine was dirty fallen apart they need to open the box befor shipping and vary bad customer service 🥺true story easy fix if you care just look at it before ship
