Haze and double vision Arken EP5

I think I got a bad arken EP5 5-25, but maybe it's just how they are. I was comparing my arken to my venom and my DNT. The arken gets pretty hazy even with a small amount of light facing into the lens. I was point away from the sun but was next to a white building, the light off the building was making it hazy and I was seeing two reticles even with the shroud. I have never seen this on a scope to this degree. The DNT does not do it at all regardless of lighting the venom does it very faintly if it point it towards a light source... Anyone else expirience this on their arken EP5 5-25. It's very sensitive and I would say probably not useable for field use, indoor shooting range or overcast seem fine. I am loving the FOV on this scope and hopefully I just got a lemon and I get get it fixed via warranty.
