Since I have several Rifles I shoot long range with I use the Shooter App. because it allows for several different rifles and different ammo for each rifle. The kesteral 5700 elite had applied ballistics software in it. Some Sig Rangefinders also incorporate the Applied ballistics software. When I shoot a stage I write the info I need on an index card and place it in a wrist band. that way I don't have to search for the correct data on a printed table or thru a database. There are data holders for rifles that mount to a scope rail and you can use green painters tape and a sharpie to write dope on before each stage. before these methods we use to write the info on a small card an laminate it then mount it to the side of the rifle butt stock or a small version in the scope cap. Hope the helps
I use the Strelok Pro if you’re looking for a phone app. Arken scopes and reticles are in their database. Learning to make your own is best, before relying on electronics.
Best advice is to find a range and take some classes to understand dopin your glass otherwise, you are just lopin your mule with no knowledge of what you are doing.
Was looking for the adjustments for the scope to be able to be on target not the actual card holder or card itsel, just the adjustments needed to reach out 2-800 yard’s possibly
Triad Tactical has several variants to choose from, as well as Battle Board, and Ballisticard. I used the Triad Tactical Dope Rope for quite a while, and it worked well to keep my card where I needed it to be. It is flexible, and can move around and hold firm for any shooting position you might find yourself in. Some of them get pretty crazy!

Or are you wanting the printed reticle to write you hold overs on? After reading your post again, I think I may have missed the mark.
