Per the manual, the 300 yard bar is 3.75MOA down. To get your 200 and 300, it's just a math problem. There are no definitive marks on the reticle to get you those, so it will be just a rough estimate. The distances that you can calculate, should be roughly based on .93MOA down on the reticle. So your 200 yard estimate would be the 2 inner points of the round part of the reticle. The 300 yard mark would be roughly on the top horizontal stadia line.
