I get notification feom this website everytime there is a comment made and when u reply in my email but nothing else.

Maybe it shows that on ur end but we don't get ur mail.i checked spam folders inbox folders we don't receive emails from you. And it's not like I'm the i ly one and it's something is wrong with my email , look in the comments there are many people with same complaint, it's something going on, on ur end. Because it obviously shows u reply but none of us receive email. And it's not in spam folder. Nore inbox, we won't be here waisting ur or our time.

Ur not the only one , they don't reply to our email , it's this chat guy keeps responding. But no one else from arken company , if there even is a company , makes me feel like it's one guy trying to run business and his over his head. They just keep saying email us directly..... but no response from them at all. Read down the list there are many people with same issue. I'm one of them.

Ur email is broken i emailed you guys 5 times now about getting my scope fixed and still no reply , or emails are going into ur spam folder , or I'm not sure but week later I'm still having trouble getting ahold of anyone from arken.

This is the email I've send my claim , I went directly to arken website , whatever website contact info was provided that's where I emailed to. Emailed them Saturday , still crickets in the background lol

So how come it's so hard to get in touch with warranty department , arken website has no phone number to call , no direct number to warranty department or any one to talk to , just email us type contact. Is this like 3 person run from home company ? I emailed you guys with warranty issue. Have moisture inside my optic and it fogs up , few days later , still no response , if it takes thst long just to get ahold of anyone , how long will it take to get it taken cared ?

Today I came home from shooting trip and noticed I have water droplets on the inside of my arken scope, It is not on the outside. , weird thing is it didn't rain , nore I shot it in the rain, it was really foggy outside all day , I noticed water droplets like 3 hr into shooting on the mountain. Hopefully warranty will take care of it. Kind of disappointing as I only took this tikka 223 rifle out 4 times and scope failed:(
