Scopes are setup for right handed shooters leaving you're left hand free. The reticle illumination knob is on the left side turret next to the parallax knob. Illumination is outer turret and parallax is inner turret. Remove outer turret battery cap and insert battery. As you turn the turret it will illuminate from lowest setting to highest setting as you keep turning. Directions come with it. You can also search YouTube for videos that explain it. There's also videos galore that explain MOA and MIL reticles.

@Arken Optics USA Just curious. How did you guys come up with you're logo and the Arken name for you're company? Is there any significance to the name that you chose Arken? In Norwegian Arken translates as "On the fly" Other meanings for Arken. Turkish there is acouple of translations: Out of the frying pan, into the fire. Escape from a tiger only to meet a crocodile. In Vietnamese: Out of the rain into the hail. Just trying to learn as much as I can about you guys so when I promote your product I'm prepared for possible questions.
