Sounds to me like you are barking at the wrong dog here. I guess Arken could have complete control over the USPS, but not likely. Get a grip.

Check your Spam folder.

I have never had a problem with Arken, but gmail did kick their reply into my spam folder causing some problems. Check your spam, certainly if you use gmail.

There is a thread on the Forum of General Discussion, Was back in August. Titled Battery. I was having issues with battery draining over night. I tried using a different off and the battery is still going fine after 3 months. I also contacted Arken support they will make it right and promptly. Kind of frustrating to start with, but I am just fine with it now. I have since bought another scope from them for a different rifle.

Have the Arken precision mount on both mine and if you are going for 1000 you will need the 20MOA. My two cents.

It is either the rings or the rail. Perhaps turn the rings 180, remount and see if it is off the other direction. If not it's probably the rail.

?? I personally don't think that this pertains to my issue as to which "dot" is a true off.

Update on this post. On the 4th Battery I struck paydirt. I was using the dot between 1 & 6 for my off (most logical I thought) Killed 3 batteries, overnight. Decided to try one more time used the dot between 5 & 6 and still going strong after about 10 days. Arken customer support is aware of all of this and is looking into it. There is obviously an issue with the dot being off and not draining the battery. Other optics I have have only one off, they should try to change to something like that. At any rate they are sending me some more batteries, I can continue to use it, but one should not have to figure out what a reliable OFF should be.

@Sarasota_Joe Yeah, I thought that was a rather lame response, too. I will try one more sacrificial battery and if it does not work, just resort to removing it when in storage. Perhaps since it has happened in more than one instance they will look into it, to confirm problem or not.

@Sarasota_Joe , I will try that. I did email Arken about it and they quickly responded with more of less don't trust battery optics. Take it out when not in use. Not really what I wanted to hear. Also said they were not aware of that happening? Dunno.

Which dot did you leave it turned to? How about keep checking it and let us know how long it lasts? I know I do not have 2 in a row bad batteries. These are the same batteries that I have in several other dot devices.

I am having the same issue. Last battery, knob was on a dot, still ate the battery up. Would be nice if Arken would respond

It's been about a month now for me. I hope I don't have to wait that long or they make a bunch of new streets.😁
