I am looking for a scope to put on a Browning x bolt 308 target. I normally shoot at 100 yards but I am looking for something that will take me out to 1/2 mile. I have the EP5 5-25x56 on a Sfar 308 and the 4J 6-24x50 on a target 223 Bushmaster. For some reason I like the 6-24x50 but I don't think I'll get the range. I am considering the G2 7-35x56 and wonder what to expect at 100 yards with this scope.
