@dkrat243 yep. Exactly what I was trying to do, I guess I should have set it up better for the picture. you can see the level is just on the right edge of the line. Ended up using a Dremel just a little and everything worked out great. Tracks perfectly.

@larrymdeckerjr you're right. It wasn't exactly level at this point because I was trying to play with options to fit the screw between the grooves of the rail but you can see that the optic level is way off from the rifle and that was it positioned where the screw was hitting the picatinny rail. I ended taking a little material off of the rail with a Dremel and it worked out great. Just a little sharpie and it looks brand new. Thanks for the response.
