Thank you for your response! It means a lot. I've seen a lot of very knowledgeable posts from you. Ive spent most of my career in various roles in customer contact centers. Which is probably why the complete lack of concern or any attempt to make it right with me is such a let down. The scopes are a fantastic budget option that are far and away better than almost any option in the price range. I hope you guys can figure out customer service and get through the growing pains. If so, I might buy another 10 Arken scopes and even recommend your company to others. I hope it happens quickly. 🤛

@dkrat243 thank you! That is the first sign of any apology or empathy I've received from your company. I even called the lack of apologyand empathy out in the email when I was told that the mount was now backordered. When I received a response any concerns that I brought up weren't even acknowledged much less an apology. The scope is solid and an exceptional value, but I'm extremely disappointed on the service so far. I fear you'll be out of business with service this bad and the lifetime warranty won't mean anything.

Fyi - I finally heard back after 9 days from my 1st email. No apology or empathy at all. Then another 3 days to submit refund. I asked for a phone number and commented in my email that I was shocked at the complete lack of care, still no apology.

I finally got a response today: "The 20 MOA is out of stock for 5-6 weeks. We can change it to the 0 MOA or the Rings. Please advise" Not exactly what was looking for. No apology for no response in over a week. No apology for it being out of stock even though when I ordered it Well over a month ago it was listed as in stock. No apology at all! No offer to make it up to me for their piss poor service. Wow! Absolutely nothing but an offer to send me somethlg different than what I ordered and paid for. I hope the scope is better than this pos customer service representative and pos company. I asked for a refund,l'm sure it will take weeks to even hear back from them much less receive it. Rediculous! I regret choosing Arken. Don't make the same mistake that I did! There are other companies out there.

Me too! I received my scope a week ago today on 2/9. I emailed on 2/10 and 2/12. I haven't heard a peep. It's definitely frustrating and making me wish that id spent my money elsewhere. I wonder how they are going to make it up to us.

Just curious how long have you been waiting since you emailed them? I've been waiting 5 business days for a response from receiving an order that missing part of my order. Honestly, if I were you I would be thankful that you're finding this out now before you need them.

Hey William, Have you heard back from Arken's customer service team yet? I reached sent an email last weekend and again on Monday but I haven't heard a peep about the mount that was left out of my order. Just curious. Hey dkrat243, you work for Arken right? Is there anything you can do to help either/both of us? I took your advice and stopped sending emails requesting help after the initial two. But man! I'm sure you can see why we are frustrated. No contact in 5 business days after a screw up and two contact attempts is..... tough to recover from. I wonder how they are going to make right.

We wouldn't send multiple emails if you would respond to the initial email. You act like we want to waste our time emailing you to run down the item we bought and paid for. If you and your company did it's job we wouldn't have to email you.
