This is my first experience with arken and granted its only been a day since i reported this finding, just want potential new customers to be aware. I have not found any telephone number to call for support, only email and i have not received any response to this post or the email request. Fortunately this particular gun has an adjustable butt plate allowing me to extend it back quite a ways so i moved the scope back to the point where the magnification adjustment is not over the picatinny rail. Seems like this may resolve my issue.
