I just their might be some kind of problem with their link at the bottom of their page, under the contact us. Ever since my original posting and them reaching out to me their customer service has been great. Give them a chance on here to contact you. You will not be disappointed

Just a little update. Soon after posting on here Arken did respond. And they have responded several times to my emails. Usually within hours. Don't know if my original emails weren't going through but I was hitting on the contact is link at the bottom of their page. Anyways I would like to retract my statement about no customer service. We are still working things out but they are very responsive. Still wish they had a phone number though.
