Yeah guess I need to update this. It was NOT their fault my junk folder ate their response, so totally not repeat NOT on them sorry. and on a better note they have been great about fixing the issue!!! 👍👍👍👍
They are pretty good about getting back within 24 hours is my experience.
It toke them a day or to get to me, anything longer than that I would try again.
