Wife bought me a scope and I want the goodie bag to go with it. I've emailed from the Arkin Optics website and the Arkin Optics USA website since Christmas and still haven't gotten a reply. So far the scope looks great but can't say how good it is because I can't get a reply on ordering the rings and things. Times like these is when a phone number would be great instead of a email that you don't know who you're speaking with or even if they're getting it. Add a phone number. Just a little update. Soon after posting on here Arken did respond. And they have responded several times to my emails. Usually within hours. Don't know if my original emails weren't going through but I was hitting on the contact is link at the bottom of their page. Anyways I would like to retract my statement about no customer service. We are still working things out but they are very responsive. Still wish they had a phone number though.
On Jan.7 I placed an order for a 4-16 scope and low rings. I also submitted my e-mail so that I could remain in contact. I have not received an order confirmation, nor a link for future tracking (yes I checked the spam folder). Now what?

Hello, I have an order that I placed on Dec 31 2021. "Logging" in to my account has correctly shown that it has been paid for since the order was placed. Items were in stock at the time. I have tried emailing several times, but don't know if they are getting through.

I just their might be some kind of problem with their link at the bottom of their page, under the contact us.
Ever since my original posting and them reaching out to me their customer service has been great. Give them a chance on here to contact you. You will not be disappointed
I don't expect anything less than great customer service. I expect there is a good reason for the delays. If I can just make contact somehow I'm sure it will be straightened out.

Where are the rings I ordered and paid for? You shipped them USPS with a delivery date of yesterday. Last tracking claimed they were in Houston and I am in California. I need them for a shoot and may need to buy them locally. shaverlocal@gmail.com
Sounds to me like you are barking at the wrong dog here. I guess Arken could have complete control over the USPS, but not likely. Get a grip.
Customer service question- I too have not heard from Arken with regard to some basic instructions, do they typically respond the same day or a few business days later? Also my reticle is not illuminating, I installed the supplied battery and assume it installs with the writing/numbers facing the outside of the turret. I emailed from their “contact us” link.
Every time I have emailed Arken I have heard back from them in an hour or so. They have been very upfront with me. Try turning the battery around. I waited three months for my scope and have no regrets.
I didn’t use the email link, i just emailed direct; heard from them within a few hours- great customer service!
