Hi. Are all Arken scopes waterproof? I saw this Youtube video where water got into an Arken Scope after it was drop tested in a swimming pool.

All Arken Optics are waterproof, in real world situations. Sitting at the bottom of a pool for 24 hours is not a realistic scenario. They will take a torrential downpour, no problem.
